The fine print, in plain words.

Registering holds your seat at once. Pay within 24 hours by FPS or PayMe to confirm; Stripe / PayPal are accepted with a 3% handling fee.

Unpaid holds lapse automatically; the seat reopens and nothing is charged.

Your price and discounts are locked when you reserve. A lapsed hold rebooks at whatever price applies at that time.

Transfer your seat to anyone, free, any time before class starts — from My Classes, or by replying to any email from us.

The payment travels with the seat. 同行 discounts belong to the booking, not the name.

Selling a seat for more than you paid is not permitted.

No-show: no refund, no carry.

Seven or more days before class: a one-time carry of your fee to the next run of the same class, seats permitting. No cash refund.

Fewer than seven days before class: no refund and no carry — transfer your seat instead; transfers are free.

If we cancel or reschedule: your choice of a full refund, including any card fee, or a carry with your original price honoured.

Refunds return by the rail you paid with, within three working days.

Class materials stay in My Classes after the session. They don't expire.

They open the first time you answer the short post-class survey — five questions, about a minute, private — and stay open from then on. Writing a public 評價 is never required.

Where a class is recorded, the recording belongs to HtPi memberships — River 川 and above. The class itself is for the room.

No recording by attendees, audio or video.

A gifted seat covers one seat on any session of that class, chosen by the recipient when they claim — including runs announced later.

Gifts are valid for 12 months from purchase. If the price rises in that time, there is nothing more to pay.

The price is what applies on the day of purchase, early bird included. 同行 and member discounts don't apply to gifts.

Unclaimed gifts are refundable to the buyer in full at any time before they're claimed; once claimed, the normal change and refund rules apply to the recipient.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force within three hours of start time, the session is rescheduled and every seat carries automatically — nothing to do.

The new date is announced by email within three days.

These rules exist so small classes stay workable and fair to everyone. Genuine edge cases will be handled with understanding, but the rules above are the baseline. Questions? Reply to any email from us.
